Our Buffalo manufacturing facility supports fabrication, welding, paint, electrical integration, mechanical assembly, and final system build for mission-critical industrial infrastructure products shipped across the United States. GTI operates in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment where General Laborers, Production Workers, Manufacturing Associates, Assembly Technicians, and Industrial Assemblers support the hands-on production of modular systems, electrical equipment enclosures, power infrastructure products, and industrial assemblies. GTI Fabrication is seeking dependable and hard-working General Laborers, Production Workers, Manufacturing Associates, Assembly Technicians, and Industrial Assemblers to support daily manufacturing operations across fabrication, assembly, paint, electrical integration, packaging, and material movement activities within our Buffalo facility. This role supports the manufacturing of modular data center infrastructure, battery energy storage enclosures, power systems, industrial skids, and integrated electro-mechanical assemblies. Team members will assist with assembly, material staging, industrial production support, packaging, component installation, and movement of parts and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process. Successful candidates may come from manufacturing, warehouse, construction, assembly, fabrication, production, logistics, automotive, skilled trades, or industrial backgrounds. GTI is looking for individuals who want long-term careers within advanced manufacturing and industrial operations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a General Laborer, Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Assembly Technician, Industrial Assembler, Warehouse Associate, Construction Laborer, Mechanical Assembler, or similar manufacturing role preferred
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, production, fabrication, or construction environments
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, impacts, and production equipment safely
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform General Laborer duties supporting fabrication, assembly, electrical integration, paint, packaging, and warehouse operations
  • Assist with loading, unloading, staging, cleaning, grinding, material movement, and production support activities
  • Support manufacturing teams with movement of parts, materials, hardware, and assemblies throughout the facility
  • Assist with preparation of modular enclosures, industrial components, and production work areas
  • Support General Laborer activities tied to fabrication, mechanical assembly, and industrial manufacturing operations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas in accordance with GTI safety standards
  • Perform Production Worker responsibilities supporting modular manufacturing and industrial production operations
  • Support production schedules and manufacturing output tied to modular data center and power infrastructure builds
  • Assist with packaging, component installation, assembly preparation, and manufacturing support tasks
  • Support production line activities across fabrication, electrical integration, paint, and final assembly operations
  • Work alongside Manufacturing Associates, Industrial Assemblers, and Assembly Technicians to complete production builds efficiently
  • Maintain Production Worker productivity standards while supporting quality and operational goals
  • Support Manufacturing Associate activities across fabrication, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and warehouse operations
  • Assist with assembly of modular enclosures, electrical equipment housings, structural assemblies, and industrial systems
  • Support staging and installation of brackets, panels, hardware, cable trays, insulation, doors, and industrial components
  • Work with production teams to support manufacturing builds tied to modular infrastructure systems
  • Maintain Manufacturing Associate quality standards while supporting daily production targets
  • Participate in manufacturing process improvement and continuous improvement activities
  • Perform Assembly Technician duties supporting mechanical assembly, industrial assembly, and modular system integration
  • Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, blueprints, and production documentation
  • Install hardware, brackets, wall panels, floors, doors, insulation, structural supports, and industrial components
  • Use drills, impacts, grinders, saws, tape measures, and assembly tools safely and effectively
  • Support Assembly Technician activities tied to modular data center infrastructure and industrial manufacturing builds
  • Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Associates and Industrial Assemblers to complete complex assemblies
  • Perform Industrial Assembler work supporting integration of industrial and modular infrastructure systems
  • Support mechanical assembly, structural assembly, electrical integration support, and industrial equipment installation activities
  • Assist with installation of industrial components, hardware, mechanical systems, and production assemblies
  • Work from blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing instructions, and production schedules
  • Support Industrial Assembler activities across fabrication, manufacturing, electrical integration, and final assembly operations
  • Maintain Industrial Assembler quality standards while supporting production schedules and operational goals
