We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our weekend shift team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting laser operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to our production goals.

Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a plus
Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
Ability to work weekends consistently on the designated shift schedule
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards

Responsibilities

Ensure output and product meet quality standards and report any issues to the Supervisor and Quality Manager
Support laser cutting operations by preparing raw materials and ensuring proper setup
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
Participate and support 5S activities and Kaizen events.
Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
