About The Position

SoulShine Farms is seeking dedicated workers to fill several full-time roles at our production plant in Gainesville, Georgia. These roles are hourly positions, and you will be paid weekly for time worked. The current openings in this category are Packer, Stacker, Marinator, Cleaner, and General Laborer. By applying to this job posting, you will be considered for one or more of these roles. During the interview, we will explain the different duties of each job. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Ability to hear, speak, read, and comprehend communications in English and/or Spanish.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to follow instructions given by supervisors and obey safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, etc. in order to perform certain job duties.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
