Your career roadmap with us follows a clear path of growth: General Laborer (Starting role: focus on fundamentals, demolition, and material handling), Mold Technician (Specialized remediation, equipment setup, and containment), Team Lead (Site management, quality control, and training newer team members), Supervisor (Overseeing multiple projects, client assessments, and job planning).
Requirements
- No prior mold remediation experience required—we provide complete on-the-job training for the right candidates!
- Strong work ethic, physical endurance, and absolute reliability.
- Ability to work comfortably in confined spaces and adapt to changing weather temperatures.
- Willingness to follow strict safety directions and wear required protective gear daily.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various jobsites.
- Able to pass a background screening with no instances of domestic abuse, theft, or other felonies.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in construction, demolition, roofing, remodeling, restoration, or general labor is highly valued and will be considered for a higher starting wage.
Responsibilities
- Performing heavy manual labor, including the demolition and removal of mold-affected building materials.
- Carrying heavy materials, tools, specialized equipment, and debris to and from the work vehicle and jobsite.
- Setting up critical containment zones using plastic sheeting and negative air pressure machines to ensure safety.
- Utilizing proper tools, equipment, and eco-friendly materials to treat and remediate mold.
- Maintaining a pristine, safe, and organized jobsite at all times.
