About The Position

E&S Services/Your Waterproofer, a Kurtz Bros. Company, is looking for a General Laborer-Crew Lead that can actively supervise and work on small construction projects. Site locations are typically new or old homes, housing developments, municipal parks, and commercial excavations sites. All install positions require outdoor physical labor, positive attitude and willingness to follow our safety policies.

Requirements

• Proficient in operating a mini excavator/skid steer for grading & excavation
• Valid Drivers License
• Proficient in reading site, plans, and blueprints
• Grading Skills
• Waterproofing experience
• Punctual on a daily basis (7am start time)
• Willing to learn and trainable
• Willing to work in all weather conditions as needed
• Ability to follow directions

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive with a trailer / CDL is a plus but not required
• Proficiency using a laser level for reading elevations on topographic plans a plus
• Masonry / bricklaying experience a plus
