About The Position
This role involves assisting in the processing of raw materials, general sanitation of equipment and facilities, and inspecting finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met. The position also requires assisting in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as needed, reporting equipment issues or unsafe conditions to management, and communicating effectively with coworkers for efficient production and deadline adherence. Understanding policies and procedures is also a requirement.
