About The Position
The General Laborer position at the Moses Lake Box Plant involves various tasks related to production and plant maintenance. Key responsibilities include counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, and accurately using gauges and test equipment. The role also requires basic shop math skills, inspecting products, and completing quality and administrative documents. Additionally, the position entails cleaning functions such as blowing down machinery, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and handling scrap. The General Laborer is also responsible for enforcing all product safety policies.

- Counting and stacking finished product

- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- Cleaning functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap
- Responsible for enforcing all product safety policies
