About The Position

The General Labor (Front of Line) employee is responsible for preparing foam materials for production by removing contaminants, ensuring clean material enters the production process, and maintaining a safe and efficient work area. The Baler Operator is responsible for safely operating the baler, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring completed bales are properly handled, bagged, and prepared for storage or shipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency while following all safety and quality standards.
