About The Position
This position involves working in a production environment, strictly adhering to all safety procedures and quality processes to meet targeted build rates. Essential functions include following proper safety protocols, ensuring products are built to specification and are 100% accurate, maintaining the highest level of productivity for on-time customer delivery, and upholding plant housekeeping standards. The role requires working collaboratively as a team with all facility members. Daily responsibilities may encompass tasks such as assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
