About The Position

At Onsite Safety, the mission is to Honor God, Help people, and Save lives on every jobsite. The company focuses on making sites safer and more efficient, ensuring high standards. This role offers a path for growth from Tech Level 1 to Tech Level 3 through hands-on training, assessments, and quality assurance checks, leading to promotions and pay increases up to $17.00 per hour. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. The ideal candidate is interested in starting or advancing their knowledge in a construction trade, eager to develop hands-on skills, and build a career foundation. They should possess an ownership mindset, taking pride in their work, seeking process improvements, and remaining humble, coachable, and eager to learn. The individual must be comfortable working independently with clear direction, capable of taking initiative, and valuing professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality with strong attention to detail. Flexibility, approachability, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and strong collaboration skills are also essential.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using mobile apps
  • Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience
  • Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
  • Willingness to work until the job is completed
  • Interested in beginning or growing knowledge within a construction trade
  • Willingness to develop hands-on skills
  • Ownership mindset, taking pride in work and looking for ways to improve processes
  • Humble, coachable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
  • Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
  • Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
  • Maintain and use work trucks according to the company standards
