About The Position

InProduction is hiring a full-time, direct-hire General Labor team member to clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment and support warehouse and yard operations. The role uses pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools, and includes inspecting equipment, performing basic maintenance, and keeping work areas and facilities clean, organized, safe, and orderly. Candidates should be diligent, hardworking, reliable, and positive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires outdoor work and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Occasional overtime may be required.

The work environment includes excessive noise, moving machinery, and dust. Safety clothing and equipment may be required at times. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with overtime pay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background check and drug screening requirements.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
• Able to work overtime occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing glass and removing tape and decals.
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed and help maintain a safe, orderly facility.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment properly at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties as required.
