About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Basic understanding of English preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to work in environments with temperature changes, noise, and airborne flour dust

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other)
Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices
Experience working in fast-paced production environments

Responsibilities

Support production and packaging processes to ensure efficient workflow and product consistency
Inspect finished goods and identify quality defects, escalating issues as needed
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with line changeovers and product transitions to minimize downtime
Follow all safety protocols, GMP standards, and operational procedures
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and performance goals
Handle, stack, and palletize products according to company specifications
