SPAR is growing its overnight project team and is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with retail remodels, fixture installations, store resets, and general labor projects in large retail environments. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, warehouse work, remodeling, installations, manufacturing, merchandising, maintenance, or general labor. Requirements

Ability to stand and work for a minimum 8-hour shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts
Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
Ability to work in a team environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Personal cell phone and valid email address required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Steel-toed footwear required on job sites

Nice To Haves

Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, remodeling, installation, or retail project experience preferred

Responsibilities

Work overnight shifts on retail remodeling and project assignments
Assemble, install, and move shelving, fixtures, displays, and store equipment
Assist with store resets, merchandise relocation, and project completion
Follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions
Update signage and maintain organized work areas
Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
