About The Position

This role involves performing general labor duties in a manufacturing environment. The position requires operating machinery safely, maintaining housekeeping, reading factory orders, and utilizing basic shop math. Responsibilities include consistent quality and count inspection of products, accurately completing quality and administrative document checks, and performing other duties as assigned by supervision. The role also requires following all safety rules and practices and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a stable work history
• Demonstrated ability to show up to work as scheduled
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to perform basic math
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work well with others

• Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred
