About The Position
This position could work in any position of the Processing or Harvest departments. The role requires the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for 8-10 hours a day. Work environments involve meat products, including blood, fat, bones, and hair. Positions may involve using knives, hooks, or powered equipment for tasks such as boning, trimming, hide removal, or operating heavy equipment. Packaging roles involve bagging and boxing product. The Processing department has an extreme cold and wet environment (33-49 degrees), while the Harvest department has an extreme hot, wet, and humid environment (80-100 degrees). The Team Member must be willing to complete all required training and perform any other duties as assigned. All job offers are contingent upon the candidate providing proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and passing a urinalysis screening as part of a post-offer health assessment. This location is not accepting rehires.
Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand 8-10 hours a day.
- Willingness to work in a meat environment.
- Willingness to complete all required training.
- Must be available to work A Shift 5:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday including Saturdays.
- Must be available for overtime.
- Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States.
- Must pass a urinalysis screening.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Work in any position of the Processing department.
- Work in any position of the Harvest department.

- Stand for 8-10 hours a day.
- Work around meat environment such as blood, fat, bones, and any other meat product.
- Use a knife and hook to bone out or trim pieces of product.
- Use powered equipment such as saws, whizard knives, or skinner machines.
- Perform packaging tasks such as bagging and boxing product.
- Remove the hide from cattle.
- Operate heavy pieces of equipment.
- Complete all required training for the job.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
