This position could work in any position of the Processing or Harvest departments. The role requires the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for 8-10 hours a day. Work environments involve meat products, including blood, fat, bones, and hair. Positions may involve using knives, hooks, or powered equipment for tasks such as boning, trimming, hide removal, or operating heavy equipment. Packaging roles involve bagging and boxing product. The Processing department has an extreme cold and wet environment (33-49 degrees), while the Harvest department has an extreme hot, wet, and humid environment (80-100 degrees). The Team Member must be willing to complete all required training and perform any other duties as assigned. All job offers are contingent upon the candidate providing proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and passing a urinalysis screening as part of a post-offer health assessment.
