About The Position

Conagra Brands is hiring for a General Labor - Meat Processing associate to help produce Duke's Meat Snacks at their Macomb, MI manufacturing facility. The role involves working with raw materials to complete the sausage-making process, rotating through different positions in the meat processing area, weighing raw materials, mixing recipes, operating meat grinding machinery, racking raw sausages, and assisting with machinery setup and tear-down. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, working in a cold environment (39-44 degrees Fahrenheit), helping with equipment sanitation, and maintaining a clean work area. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays. The hourly rate is $17.50, with a $0.50 increase after 90 days. The anticipated close date for applications is June 16, 2026.

Requirements

The ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility

Responsibilities
