Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-based production environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments preferred.
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred.
- Familiarity with GMPs and safety protocols.
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes under management discretion.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed continuous production lines.
- Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment in the filling room.
- Perform visual product inspections and regrades.
- Communicate with team members to ensure continuous process and quality standards.
- Maintain working stock of raw materials required on the line.
- Perform basic line cleaning and sanitation.
- Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required.
- Lift and handle materials manually as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
