About The Position

Culmen International, LLC is hiring for a General IT Support to provide professional general IT services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management. The position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As part of a government manned and led IT team, the role involves assisting in monitoring, opening, assigning, updating, and closing command trouble tickets in up to four (4) separate ticketing systems daily. The position also includes assisting in installing command desktop software and providing customer desktop support for Windows, Apple IOS, and various Linux distributions workstations weekly. Coordination with hardware technicians and software administrators for Level 2 or Level 3 support is also a weekly responsibility. Additionally, the role assists in the command’s compliance and implementation of Cybersecurity Certificate to Operate (CTO) processes daily, maintaining command software licensing records and deploying software packages monthly, and tracking all command IT requests through the appropriate trouble ticketing system daily.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in information technology services.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Customer Service skills.
• Qualify for CAC issuance and IT access.
• Comply with Cybersecurity and Security protocols per DoDM 5200.2.
• Comply with recurring Operations Security (OPSEC) training requirements.

Responsibilities
