About The Position

NEON internships are built around real work, the kind that actually appears in the world and moves the needle for films we believe in. For students who want to understand how independent film really works from the inside, there's no better place to build meaningful connections and get mentored by people who genuinely love what they do. We're looking for curious, driven students who are excited to dive into the world of independent film, particularly in the realm of distribution, and who are ready to contribute from day one. Whether your interests lie in marketing, publicity, sales, acquisitions, or distribution, we'll place you where your skills and passions can shine. This program is designed to empower you to highlight your talents while building a solid foundation for our future careers. This internship is part of NEON's Undergraduate Internship Program, which gives you more than a single-team experience. Beyond working closely with your assigned team, you'll take part in structured programming, get cross-functional exposure across the company, and go through professional development alongside a cohort of fellow interns.
