About The Position

Radiology Partners, Indiana is a private, physician-led radiology practice in Northwest Indiana with more than 30 subspecialized physicians and state-of-the-art imaging services. The practice serves Franciscan Health, including Franciscan Health Dyer, a large acute-care hospital offering a comprehensive range of services. This General Radiologist position has a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite and remote work, and a day/first-shift schedule. The role includes eight weekend rotations per year and one holiday of the physician’s choice. Partnership consideration is available after one year, with no equity buy-in. Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply, and a resident and fellow stipend is available. The position offers a base salary of $575,000–$600,000 plus a competitive commencement bonus. The practice highlights advanced technology and workflow tools, physician mentorship and retention, administrative support, and a CORE team to help reduce administrative responsibilities. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
Board-certified and residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
