About The Position
Northwest Indiana Radiology, a physician-led practice serving Methodist in Merrillville, Indiana, is seeking an onsite General Radiologist to join its growing team. The role offers a weekday schedule and a hybrid option, with remote work available on non-procedural days. The case mix includes outpatient and emergency department imaging. The radiologist will join a tenured, experienced team and may contribute to practice growth, service-line development, and clinical leadership. The practice uses MosaicOS™, Radiology Partners’ proprietary AI-powered platform designed to streamline workflows and enhance the radiologist experience. Clinical operations and IT support are available 24/7/365. Partnership consideration is available after the first year.
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified by the ABR or AOBR.
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in fluoroscopy and light interventional radiology procedures.
- Fellows and practicing radiologists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Interpret imaging cases across outpatient, emergency department, and other settings.
- Perform fluoroscopy and light interventional radiology procedures, preferred.
- Contribute to practice growth, service-line development, and clinical leadership.

- $575,000–$600,000 compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- $50,000 commencement bonus.
