About The Position

Allegion, through its subsidiary Krieger Specialty Products, is seeking a General Helper to support production and assembly teams. This role involves basic material handling, preparatory tasks, and general shop duties. The General Helper will assist operators, maintain organized work areas, perform simple inspections, and contribute to a smooth workflow while adhering to safety and quality practices on the shop floor. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing, warehouse or general labor experience helpful but not required.
