About The Position

3M Little Rock is seeking General Helpers. This position is a FULL-TIME Position. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of work areas, handling hazardous waste following appropriate plant procedures, operating heavy machinery and PIV’s including, but not limited to Forklifts and Guzzler Trucks, assisting with the production line, cleaning the production area, and loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and/or dollies. Responsibilities of this position also include complying with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties. Safety is a core value at 3M. Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• One (1) year of general labor, manufacturing, and/or construction experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
• Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process
• Must provide education and work history, either by uploading a resume or entering the information into the application fields directly
