About The Position

As a General Helper, you will support production and assembly teams by performing basic material handling, preparatory tasks, and general shop duties. You will assist operators, keep work areas organized, perform simple inspections, and help ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality practices across the shop floor. The role is based in a warehouse/production environment and involves physical work in a usually loud setting, with required personal protective equipment. Occasional exposure to dust, noise, or solvents may occur; ventilation and training are provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Good teamwork, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Able to stand for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, twisting, sitting, standing, and using hands to manipulate equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
