About The Position

This role involves supporting daily operations through various tasks including cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing. As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. You will also perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately, and fulfill other reasonable requests from management.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
