About The Position

Methodist Medical Group (MMG) is seeking a skilled Gastroenterology Physician with ERCP experience to join their team in North Texas. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible, capable of diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, and proficient in performing ERCP surgical procedures. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
Current and unrestricted Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program
Experience with a variety of endoscopic procedures
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

Able to perform ERCP surgical procedures

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including ERCPs, colonoscopy, and upper endoscopy
Manage a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, GERD
Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in on-call rotations
Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with the latest advancements in gastroenterology
