About The Position
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman Carpenter to oversee and manage carpentry and civil work crews on industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial carpentry, proven supervisory experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial carpentry/civil work.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in managing crews, time, and costs.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise crews of carpenters in all phases of civil work.
- Manage crew, time, and costs effectively.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the carpentry team.
