About The Position
Mid-State Industrial Maintenance is always looking for dependable, hardworking individuals interested in joining our shop operations team. This general application is intended for candidates seeking employment in one of our shop-based departments when specific openings may not currently be posted. Applicants may be considered for future opportunities in fabrication, welding, machining, maintenance, toolroom operations, warehouse support, shipping and receiving, quality control, equipment repair, and other industrial shop-related positions.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with fabrication, welding, machining, or assembly activities.
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively.
- Performing maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment and components.
- Supporting material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
- Reading and following work instructions, drawings, blueprints, or specifications.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Working collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
- Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
