About The Position

Derm One Dermatology, part of Integrated Dermatology, is seeking a full-time General Dermatologist to join their established and highly collaborative team in Bluefield, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to provide coverage and expand access to care in nearby Radford and Wytheville locations. The position is ideal for a dermatologist who wants to join an existing practice with a strong patient base, experienced clinical support, and supportive colleagues. The incoming physician will practice comprehensive general dermatology and help meet the growing demand for dermatologic care in Southwest Virginia. The practice environment emphasizes teamwork, with two dermatologists and nine PAs/NPs already on staff. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition with ample resources, collaboration, and support. Periodic travel to Radford and Wytheville is expected to address patient demand and expand regional access.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist.
  • Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency.
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in Esthetics is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Practice comprehensive general dermatology.
  • Provide coverage and expand access to care in nearby Radford and Wytheville locations.
  • Diagnose and treat conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, nail disorders, hair loss, and skin cancer.
  • Perform skin cancer screening and treatment.
  • Conduct surgical dermatology and onsite Mohs surgery.
  • Offer cosmetic services including Botox, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
  • Work collaboratively with dermatologists, APPs, and clinical support staff.
  • Provide periodic coverage in Radford and/or Wytheville as practice needs dictate.
