About The Position
Westminster Dermatology, an established community dermatology practice affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, is seeking a General Dermatologist to join its busy Westminster, Maryland practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dermatologist who enjoys general medical dermatology, building meaningful patient relationships, and working collaboratively with an experienced clinical team. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to develop a strong, established patient panel while working alongside four experienced Physician Assistants who are an integral part of the practice. We are particularly interested in a physician who enjoys mentoring and developing APPs and is comfortable serving as a supervising physician and clinical resource for the team. Provide comprehensive general medical dermatology to a diverse patient population. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and collaboration for the practice's APP team. Serve as a trusted clinical resource for complex cases and treatment decisions. Perform routine dermatologic procedures and skin cancer evaluations. Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the Maryland
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Passionate about providing high-quality, comprehensive dermatologic care
- Comfortable treating a broad range of medical dermatology conditions
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Interested in mentoring and developing APPs
- Comfortable providing clinical supervision and guidance to experienced PAs
- Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and colleagues
- Entrepreneurial and growth-minded while valuing the benefits of an established practice
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Nice To Haves
- Interest or experience in estestic dermatology is a plus, but not required
- Enjoys mentoring and developing APPs
- Comfortable serving as a supervising physician and clinical resource for the team
