About The Position

Derm One Dermatology, part of Integrated Dermatology, is seeking a full-time General Dermatologist to join their established and collaborative team in Bluefield, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to provide coverage and expand access to care in nearby Radford and Wytheville locations. The position is ideal for a dermatologist who wants to join an existing practice with a strong patient base, experienced clinical support, and supportive colleagues. The incoming dermatologist will practice comprehensive general dermatology and help meet the growing demand for dermatologic care in Southwest Virginia. The practice offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, including Mohs surgery services and a strong APP infrastructure. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, communication, and mutual support.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

Interest or experience in Esthetics is a plus, but not required.
