About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced General Dentist for its established practice in West Phoenix, Arizona. The dentist will provide high-quality patient care with clinical autonomy to treatment plan according to professional judgment, supported by an established patient base, experienced clinical and operational team, and in-house Board-Eligible and Board-Certified specialists. The practice is predominantly PPO and offers a comprehensive dental office environment. Compensation is based on a percentage of production and experience. The position is scheduled 3–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with Friday availability required. Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement are available for qualifying relocating candidates.

Requirements

At least 5 years of clinical experience.
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
Availability to work 3–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, including Fridays.
