About The Position
PDS Health is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and outcomes. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals, and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, advanced technology, and opportunities for clinical growth. The Associate Dentist works collaboratively with Owner Dentists and in-house specialists, aligns with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes, and may pursue a path to practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
