About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is hiring a General Dentist for its established practice in Jacksonville, Florida. The role offers strong patient flow, modern technology, predictable income, and clinical autonomy, with the opportunity to focus on high-quality patient care and pursue long-term stability. The practice is located at 12420 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223.

This is a full-time position scheduled five days per week. Compensation includes a generous daily guarantee and a tiered percentage of production, with performance-based increases. Annual earning potential is $200,000–$350,000 or more, and average daily production is $3,000–$5,000.

The office has nine operatories and is fully digital, with iTero digital scanning and Panorex imaging with VideaAI technology. Clinical resources include a Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont. The dentist leads diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, working with a team that includes a full-time General Dentist, office manager, hygienists, assistants, and care coordinators.
