About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its established practice in West Phoenix, Arizona. This is a busy, well-supported practice with a predominantly PPO patient base, an experienced clinical and operational team, and in-house Board-Eligible and Board-Certified specialists. The dentist will have clinical autonomy to make treatment-planning decisions based on professional judgment and focus on providing high-quality patient care without managing every aspect of running a practice. The schedule is 3–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with Friday availability required. Compensation is based on a percentage of production and experience. Continuing education opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance for qualifying candidates, and state license reimbursement for qualifying relocating candidates are available.

Requirements

At least 5 years of clinical experience.
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.
Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
Availability to work 3–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, with Friday availability required.
