About The Position

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our practice, with ownership opportunities available. The clinic operates Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with slight adjustments to summer hours (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) to allow for more daylight activities. Our practice has a long-standing history of 42 years in the same location and is equipped with modern technology, including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, pan/ceph, conebeam, a trios scanner, soft tissue lasers, and computers in each operatory. We are in the process of transitioning to a fully electronic and primarily paperless system. The patient base is primarily covered by commercial insurance (65%) with the remainder being cash payments (35%). Dentists will have the autonomy to perform all procedures within their scope of practice and to the acceptable standard of care guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid Dental License in PA
• DDS/DMD Degree from an Accredited University
• Desire/willingness to live in a small town to practice
• Great chairside manner and quality dentistry performance

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• New Grads will be considered

Responsibilities

• Perform all procedures within the scope of general dentistry to the acceptable standard of care.
• Conduct bread and butter general dentistry procedures.
• Perform implant placement with surgical guides.
• Perform endodontics (referring most molar cases).
• Provide straight wire orthodontics and ClearCorrect clear aligners.
• Perform bleaching procedures.
• Perform surgical and bone grafts, especially in conjunction with implant placement.
• Consider offering sedation dentistry if desired by the incoming DDS.
