Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligibility for) Arkansas dental license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general procedures
- Excellent chairside manner and genuine care for patient comfort
- A team-oriented, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care
- Perform exams, cleanings oversight, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients
- Build lasting patient relationships grounded in trust and education
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care and infection control
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to deliver a smooth patient experience
- Stay current with continuing education and evolving clinical techniques
