Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Minnesota dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
  • Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care.
  • Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry and additional procedures appropriate to the provider's experience and clinical skill set.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health.
  • Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Uphold high standards of clinical quality, safety, and professionalism.
