About The Position
Lincoln Peak Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join an established, highly productive practice in Middlebury, Vermont. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active Vermont dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong general dentistry and treatment-planning skills.
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative approach to working with hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Deliver preventive, restorative, crown and bridge, and other general dentistry procedures within your experience and clinical interests.
- Utilize digital scanning, CEREC, in-house milling, lasers, and other technology to support efficient treatment.
- Build lasting relationships with an established patient population.
- Collaborate closely with the hygiene team to identify and address patients' comprehensive oral health needs.
- Coordinate cases with specialists throughout the Affinity clinical network when appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient experience.
