Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
• Current Arizona license or eligibility for licensure upon graduation.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Experience in clinical or private practice; new graduates are welcome.
• Strong spoken and written professional communication skills.
