About The Position

Gentle Dental, part of the InterDent family of dental providers, is seeking an experienced full-time General Dentist for its Arizona team. The role offers clinical autonomy in treatment decisions, an established predominantly PPO patient base, in-house specialty support, experienced clinical teams, and practice management resources. Compensation is based on a percentage of production, with stated annual earning potential of $205,000–$400,000 and no production targets.

The dentist will work in a comprehensive dental office with administrative, marketing, and patient-flow support, modern dental technology, and access to local clinical mentorship and continuing education. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The listed location is Gentle Dental, 5720 W. Baseline Road, Suite 130, Laveen, AZ 85339.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
• Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
• Commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of clinical experience preferred.
