About The Position
Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a temporary Part-Time General Dentist to join our growing TN portable team. This opportunity is for 24 hours per week, 3 days weekly Monday through Friday, for 6 to 12 weeks. This General Dentist position provides portable dental services to inmates of local county jails throughout Central TN. This position is based out of Knoxville, TN with a 2-hour travel radius. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a Dentist interested in a low-stress, non-private practice setting, a new grad seeking alternatives to private practice, or a retired dentist looking to continue working. Mid America Health offers competitive compensation of $1000 per day. We provide malpractice insurance. Must be willing to travel within a 2-hour radius of Knoxville. Requirements
- Active Tennessee Dental License
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Proficiency in exams, x-rays, and extractions
- Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius of Knoxville
