About The Position
Allmed is seeking a General Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide on-site dental care at the Orlando VA Medical Center (Lake Nona) and, as needed, at nearby VA outpatient clinics. This is a long-term contract engagement with a base year plus four option years, filling two full-time positions and a substitute role. The role involves delivering comprehensive dental care to Veterans in Central Florida.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any U.S. state or territory (Florida license required prior to start)
- Current BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Ability to pass VA credentialing/privileging (VetPro) and background vetting
- Clean OIG exclusion list status
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site dental care at the Orlando VA Medical Center (Lake Nona) and nearby VA outpatient clinics.
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to Veterans.
