About The Position

Fremont Family Dentistry is hiring a General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered general dentistry. The role offers clinical independence within a dentist-led organization, with operational and administrative support for scheduling, marketing, HR, billing, and other business functions. Modern technology and resources are provided to support patient care, and revenue cycle management consistently performs at 100% or more of net production. The dentist will diagnose dental conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, perform preventive, restorative, and other general dental procedures, and educate patients about treatment options and long-term oral health. The position involves building lasting patient relationships, collaborating with a skilled dental team, and maintaining high standards of clinical care, ethics, and compliance. Compensation is listed at $180,000–$360,000 USD, with a sign-on bonus available. Continuing education, mentorship, and career growth opportunities are also offered.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active State Dental License in good standing.
