About The Position

Bright Now Dental Indio is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join their established practice full-time, Monday through Friday. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay, including a daily guarantee, excellent production percentages starting at 28%, a cost of living stipend, excellent benefits, and ongoing continuing education support. The role involves practicing at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and support, expanding skills weekly with complimentary CE in implants, endo, clear aligners, and more. You will join a clinical community with quarterly discussions and readily accessible colleagues and mentors. The position also involves leading a strong team, building a culture of empowerment, and receiving real support from operations, training, talent acquisition, marketing, and compliance experts.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
