About The Position

Advanced Family Dental in Bedford, Texas is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to step into a well-established, loyal patient base as Dr. Phu Le reduces his schedule to prepare for retirement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, family-oriented solo practice with strong production and a supportive clinical team. Located in the heart of the DFW metroplex, Bedford offers a stable, high-demand patient base with strong household incomes, a growing population, and a balanced mix of adult and senior patients—creating excellent long-term production potential. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established practice in the Bedford community and work alongside Dr. Le as he gradually scales back his schedule ahead of his anticipated retirement in early 2027. This transition period allows the incoming dentist to build strong patient relationships, become integrated into the practice, and ultimately step into a lead role. Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active unrestricted Texas dental license
• BLS, DEA and any additional certifications that may apply
• 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
• No visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols
