Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry (D.D.S. or D.M.D.).
  • Current license (or eligibility) to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current DEA registration and prescribing privileges.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Residency in pediatric dentistry and/or a master’s degree in public health dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures.
  • Review medical and dental histories and evaluate each patient’s overall health at every visit.
  • Identify patient concerns and address contraindications before treatment.
  • Chart and report all pathological conditions and findings to patients.
  • Prescribe medications as needed and document all care provided in accordance with Noble Clinics’ policies.
  • Design and fabricate dentures or other appliances to replace missing or diseased teeth.
  • Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride applications, sealants, and patient education on oral hygiene and diet.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for referrals or consultations as appropriate.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as determined by the clinic.
  • Assist the Chief Dental Officer and Dental Practice Manager in monitoring and directing clinical performance of dental hygienists and assistants.
  • Supervise x-ray procedures, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct quality clinical and radiographic evaluations.
