About The Position

We are a busy, growing dental practice with an established patient flow and a strong support team. This is an opportunity for a doctor who wants to work, produce, and build momentum. We are looking for a provider who values availability, consistency, reliability, and productivity. Our doctors are supported so they can focus on what they were trained to do: dentistry. Our team handles scheduling, patient acquisition, administrative support, and the day-to-day systems required to keep the practice moving. We provide the patients, team, systems, scheduling, and administrative infrastructure so our doctors can focus on dentistry. In return, we expect every provider to take full responsibility for the clinical aspects of the care they provide to our clinic's patients. Our goal is to remove unnecessary administrative distractions so our doctors can concentrate on dentistry - not to transfer the doctor's clinical responsibilities to the rest of the team.
