About The Position
Gentle Dental, part of the InterDent family of dental providers, is seeking a part-time General Dentist for its established Scottsdale, Arizona practice. The position offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule on Wednesdays and Fridays, an established predominantly PPO patient base, an experienced clinical team, and access to in-house specialists. The dentist will have clinical autonomy to make treatment and treatment-planning decisions while receiving practice management, administrative, and operational support. Compensation is based on a percentage of production, with no production targets.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
- Current credentials and certifications, or ability to obtain them, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
Nice To Haves
- Five or more years of clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
- Make clinical treatment decisions and develop treatment plans based on what is best for patients.
- Work alongside the experienced clinical team and coordinate with in-house specialists as appropriate.
