About The Position

Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join its team at the Box Canyon location in Las Vegas, Nevada. The dentist will deliver comprehensive general dentistry and contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice serving the Las Vegas community.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted Nevada dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and sound professional judgment.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Commitment to providing ethical, patient-centered dental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction.
• Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented practice environment.
